Magnus Lindblom will speak on the ITQ Nordic conference “Just Enough Testing” in Stockholm on October 27. Magnus’ presentation is called “Test – A strategic issue for organisations” and is based on his work transforming testing at SEB over the last five years. He addresses how organisations can work strategically to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness through changing and adapting processes, tools, environments, test data and establishing a service based approach.
