ABOUT GRADUATE HIRING
In our graduate hiring program, we intend to train aspiring software engineers in technical skills with hands-on experience. This program is aimed at fresh graduates who are looking forward to grasping skills and applying them in high-scale projects of purpose. By the end of the training, we believe we will be able to mold trainees into entry-level professionals who can work on industry projects which will give them unparalleled experience and confidence. The selected candidates will be offered a package starting from INR 4.25 lakhs.
Full time Software Engineer
FULL TIME SOFTWARE ENGINEER
As a full-time Software Engineer, you will develop innovative solutions that will help businesses grow across the world and also be able to contribute to projects of higher purpose. You'll work in an open, collaborative, and flexible culture, where our agile teams are constantly innovating, learning new skills, and are at the forefront of developing new technologies and solutions. Working on a wide range of technologies, spanning Full-Stack, Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and more.

Fill out the registration form with relevant details and submit.

Evaluation
Evaluation

Profiles will be evaluated for fitment. The hiring will be held in 3 stages. 1. An online aptitude test. 2. A Group discussion round. 3. A technical interview round.

Selection

There will be a screening after each stage of the hiring. Selected applicants will be notified by email/phone.

Training
Training

Once the candidate is hired, he/she undergoes a 3-month training period.

Completion
Completion

On successful completion, he/she is confirmed into a full-time role as an Associate Software Engineer.

What is the package for a fresher?

At present we offer a CTC of INR 4.25 lakhs per annum to fresh graduates.

How long is the training period?

The employee has to serve a mandatory training period of 3 months, after which the employee is confirmed into the role.

Is there any mandatory service agreement?

We strongly believe that honesty and integrity build a person's character hence we don't believe in service bonds. An employee's commitment and loyalty are crucial for the working of the organization.

What will be the location of working?

The employees/interns will be allocated to the Bengaluru office.
